Revozon.net primarily sells digital products, including WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, WordPress templates, pre-built websites, PHP scripts, source code and other digital resources. Since digital products are delivered electronically, physical returns are generally not applicable.

1. Digital Products

All products purchased from Revozon.net are delivered digitally through the customer’s account, download area or another designated delivery method.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or used immediately after purchase, a return of the product is generally not possible after delivery or download.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased product was not delivered after successful payment due to a technical issue on our side.

  • The delivered product is substantially different from the product description.

  • The product has a genuine technical defect that cannot reasonably be resolved by our support team.

  • The same order was charged more than once due to a payment processing or technical error.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

All refund requests are subject to verification and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will generally not be available when:

  • The customer has changed their mind after purchase.

  • The customer purchased the wrong product.

  • The customer has already downloaded or accessed the product and no genuine technical defect is established.

  • The product does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.

  • The customer did not check the product description or compatibility requirements before purchase.

  • The customer’s hosting environment, server configuration, PHP version, WordPress version or other third-party software is incompatible with the product where the applicable requirements were clearly provided.

  • The customer is unable to install, configure or customize the product without a verified product defect.

  • The customer has violated the applicable product license or usage terms.

4. Product Compatibility

Before purchasing a product, customers should carefully review:

  • Product features

  • Compatibility information

  • WordPress/PHP requirements

  • Required plugins or dependencies

  • Installation requirements

  • Applicable license or usage terms

Revozon.net cannot guarantee compatibility with every hosting provider, server configuration, software version, plugin, theme or third-party service.

5. Technical Support

If you experience a problem with a purchased product, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

Please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Registered email address

  • Product name

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshot or error message, if applicable

We may attempt to resolve genuine technical issues before considering a refund.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same order, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If an amount has been debited from your bank account or payment method but the order was not successfully created or the payment status was not received by Revozon.net, please contact us with the transaction details.

After verification, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable payment gateway’s settlement and refund procedures.

8. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.

Revozon.net is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers after a refund has been successfully initiated.

9. Cancellation

An order cancellation request may be considered only before the digital product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded.

Once the product has been delivered or made available for download, cancellation will generally not be possible except where required by applicable law or approved by Revozon.net after review.

10. License and Intellectual Property

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically grant unlimited rights to reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the product.

Customers must use each product according to the license or usage rights specified on the relevant product page or supplied with the product.
