      Revozon.net is a digital products platform. We primarily sell digital products such as WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, WordPress templates, pre-built websites, PHP scripts, source code and other digital resources.

      Since our products are delivered electronically, physical shipping is not applicable to digital product orders.

      1. Digital Product Delivery

      After successful payment, eligible digital products are delivered electronically through the customer’s Revozon.net account, download area or another designated digital delivery method.

      Customers do not need to wait for physical delivery.

      2. Delivery Time

      Digital products are generally made available after the payment has been successfully confirmed.

      In most cases, delivery is automatic or available shortly after successful payment. However, in some situations, a short delay may occur due to payment verification, technical issues or security checks.

      3. Download Access

      Customers can access eligible purchased products through their registered account or designated download area.

      Customers should use the email address and account details associated with their order to access their purchased products.

      4. Payment Successful but Product Not Received

      If your payment has been successfully completed but the purchased product is not available in your account or download area, please contact our support team.

      Please provide:

      • Order ID
      • Registered email address
      • Product name
      • Payment transaction/reference ID, if available
      • Screenshot of the payment confirmation, if required

      Our team will verify the transaction and assist with product delivery.

      5. Failed or Pending Payments

      If a payment is pending, failed or has not been confirmed by the payment gateway, the digital product may not be delivered until the payment is successfully verified.

      If money has been debited from your account but your order is not completed, please contact us with the transaction details.

      6. Physical Shipping

      Revozon.net does not currently provide physical delivery for its digital products.

      No courier, parcel or physical shipment will be sent for a digital product purchase unless a particular product or service explicitly states otherwise on its product page.

      7. Incorrect Account Information

      Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information during registration and checkout.

      Revozon.net cannot be held responsible for delivery or access issues caused by incorrect email addresses, account information or other information provided by the customer.

      8. Product Availability

      We make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased digital products remain accessible through the designated delivery system.

      In case of temporary technical problems, maintenance or service interruptions, delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
